Failed exit for Neuchâtel Xamax FCS. The “red and black” wanted to leave the Super League through a door other than a backdoor. From a strictly accounting point of view, they did not succeed since they lost 1-0 to Lugano at the end of a match which had no other interest than to look after the statistics.

Despite this 19th defeat of the season, it is useful to specify that the Neuchâtelois deserved better than an honorable defeat ….
