During broadcasts of Monday Night RAW via USA Network, it has been confirmed that Dominik Mysterio will make his wrestling debut against Seth Rollins at SummerSlam 2020, the next pay-per-view from WWE.
Tensions between Dominik and Seth Rollins have finally reached a point of no return. Rey Mysterio’s son gave a series of statements after what happened last week in the red show, clarifying that he will go anywhere in order to avenge his father. The young man did not rush into challenge Seth Rollins head-to-head at the next big WWE event. In the last moments of RAW, Dominik and Samoa Joe managed to ambush “The Monday Night Messiah”, the prisoner of anger decided to accept the challenge. As an anecdote, Dominik’s debut will take place 15 years after his custody was brought into play at SummerSlam 2005, during the stair fight between Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero.
Recall that the rivalry between Seth Rollins and Rey Mysterio has been going on for several weeks. “The Monday Night Messiah” damaged the masked man’s right eye on May 12, leaving him unable to compete in the past two months.
