WWE is considering the use of virtual fans for SummerSlam

It is expected that WWE announce soon the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, such as the place where the editing of SummerSlam 2020 next August 23. They are also looking for a location to hold other upcoming PPVs and RAW and Smackdown shows.

PWInsider provides that WWE is considering the use of virtual fans for SummerSlam, something that FOX has done for recent MLB broadcasts and is also being done by the NBA. Recently @Wrestlevotes has reported that WWE has a much bigger interactive experience planned to be held at the Amway Center.

WWE is raising the possibility of obtaining a “new long-term stay” at the Amway Center, indicating that they have signed a lease for the stadium, which has been “officially” closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This residence includes a new interactive experience where fans can appear live at the show through LED panels. Everything would be organized by WWE Superstars and Legends.

This interactive experience would be displayed in the arena with large LED panels placed in different areas. WWE should announce the details about this interactive experience soon, as apps for people to appear on screen will open next week.
