Wroclaw. Social work for “donating gas” during police control

A resident of Wrocław was sentenced to 20 hours of social work, who was supposed to “give gas away” during police control, “Gazeta Wrocławska said.” Onet reported that it was considered by the officers to be “an outrageous prank.”

As Onet wrote, the incident took place at the beginning of April in Wrocław. At that time, the country was also forbidden to leave its houses without a clear need. The police detained Alexander B., who – according to them – was moving around the city without justifying necessity.

During the identification, the man was to “give away the gas”, which according to police officers was an “indecent freak”. The officers decided to go to court for punishment.

Wrocławman sentenced to social work

On Monday, the court sentenced Alexander B. to 20 hours of community service. Onet reports that the verdict is not final.

Pursuant to article 140 of the Code of Offenses on “indecent offenses”, this type of conduct may even be punishable by detention, a fine or restriction of liberty.

Whoever publicly commits unkind pranks, is punishable by detention, restriction of liberty, a fine of up to PLN 1,500, or a reprimand.
