Wow! These Cuan & Printer Shares were Slammed in Session 1

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Shares of property and real estate issuers PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk (REAL) and issuer of MICE services (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions) PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN) became the winning shares in the first half of today’s trading, Wednesday (15/9/2021).

Different fate, the shares of issuer distribution equipment and documentation services PT Sentral Mitra Informatika Tbk (LUCK) and issuer engaged in the business of education and vocational training services, PT Idea Indonesia Akademi Tbk (IDEA) share a place in the list of top losers.

The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) has been in the red zone since morning. JCI weakened 0.19% to 6,117,256 at the close of the first trading session on Wednesday (15/9).

According to IDX data, there were 247 stocks rising, 240 stocks declining and 158 stocks stagnant, with a transaction value of Rp 6.36 trillion and a trading volume of 15.09 billion shares.

Foreign investors from the stock market entered Indonesia with a net foreign record of Rp 100.69 billion in the regular market. Meanwhile, foreigners recorded a net sale in the negotiating market and cash market of Rp 5.82 billion.

REAL shares rose 13.51% to Rp 126/share with a transaction value of Rp 181.6 billion, continuing the increase in the previous 2 days. Practically, with this, in a business week, REAL skyrocketed by 15.60%, while in a month it jumped 40.00%.

The latest news, REAL plans to enter the data center business. This is done by converting the assets of the office buildings it owns in the Jakarta area and its surroundings.

This was conveyed by the President Director of REAL, Aulia Firdaus at REAL’s head office, Graha Repower Asia Indonesia, Monday (13/04/2020).

Aulia revealed that currently REAL is in talks with several strategic partners in several other locations including in Cikarang and Tangerang related to this data center business.

“We are in serious discussion and conducting a feasibility study related to this data center business,” said Aulia.

Then, DYAN’s shares shot up 9.52% to Rp 92/share. Yesterday, DYAN saham stock reversed direction by closing down to touch the lower auto rejection limit (ARB) of 6.67%, after in the first session it rose 13.33% to Rp 102/share.

In a week, DYAN shares shot up 17.95%, while in a month it soared 55.93%.

Meanwhile, IDEA’s shares – which just went to the stock exchange on Thursday (9/9) last week – fell 9.42% to Rp 125/share. With this, IDEA’s stock has fallen by more than 9% (or close to the lower auto rejection/ARB limit for acceleration boards) for 3 consecutive days.

IDEA’s own stock has only turned green twice, namely in the first 2 days since its debut on the IDX.

In addition to IDEA’s shares, LUCK’s shares also fell 5.07% to Rp 262/share. Investors seem to start taking profit after this stock rose in the last 2 days. In a week LUCK shares rose 12.93%, while in a month rose 31.00%.
