Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Chairperson of the Tongam Lumban Tobing Investment Alert Task Force claimed to have received many complaints about the clients of PT Jouska Financial Indonesia (Jouska). Even this complaint reached 80 more.
“Yes, of course, complaints from the community that we have received and already, in our opinion is enough evidence for us to stay, we want confirmation about the explanation of how later this business activity from Jouska is expected to not harm the public who are its customers,” Tongam said in his exclusive interview with Aline Wiratmadja from CNBC Indonesia TV on the Profit Program, Thursday (7/23/2020).
“If I see there are around 80, yes, in my place the report is and this is indeed the uniform of all its activities,” he said.
The task force plans to call Jouska next week. Well, Tongam said it would conduct further investigations.
“If there are violations of existing provisions, maybe we will coordinate with the law enforcement authorities, of course,” said Tongam.
