Suara.com – Balance Earth energy doubled between 2005 and 2019.
Earth’s energy can be seen as a sum of energy solar radiation received by the planet versus the amount of thermal infrared energy, which the Earth radiates back into space.
However, greenhouse gases has changed this and trapped more energy and made the planet’s average temperature higher.
The energy imbalance is currently at 0.3 percent, which means Earth is receiving more heat than it is emitting back into space.

NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) measures this energy in a different way.
NASA uses a network of Clouds and the Earth’s Radiant Energy System (CERES) satellite sensors, which can provide a global picture.
While NOAA has a meter that is able to estimate how fast the oceans are warming up.
In new findings published in Geophysical Research Letters, shows not only energy.
But there’s also been an increase in carbon dioxide, methane, and other harmful gas emissions that trap heat in Earth’s atmosphere and trap radiation that would otherwise escape into space.
“During that period, this led to a sizable shift in Earth’s energy imbalance. The magnitude of the increase was unprecedented,” said Norman Loeb, CERES principal investigator at NASA’s Langley Research Center.
