Trailer World of Warships: Transformers to join the fleet in September

Wargaming and Hasbro today announced the signing of a partnership, allowing the Transformers to soon join World of Warships.

Expected in September on PC and on console via the version called World of Warships : Legends, the event will allow players to discover ship skins in the colors of Autobots and Decepticons. Optimus Prime and Bumblebee will come to represent the Autobots, while Megatron and Rumble will hoist the colors of the Decepticons. Other characters will then be added along with openable containers, challenges, missions, camouflages, flags and badges. World of Warships Executive Producer Philip Molodkovets said in the announcement:

Entire generations have grown up with the Transformers franchise. We fell in love with these captivating robots straight away, whether they came from the 80s animated series or recent film adaptations. Getting the chance to bring them into World of Warships is a dream come true for many of us. Our passion for giant metal warriors has no limit! So we’ve made sure to bring the Transformers to life in scale and detail, alongside the legendary warships.

For the time being, the event was not precisely dated, but that won’t be long, since it’s scheduled for next month.
