When the opening match between hosts Qatar and Ecuador gets underway on Sunday at 17:00, it will kick off what is arguably the most controversial World Cup of all time. For the first time, it will be played in winter and not in summer as usual. We asked some coaches which team they see as favourites, how the German team will finish and how big or small the anticipation is.
