N’DJAMENA – On Friday, April 25, 2025, Dr. Aboubakar Assidick Choroma, the Minister of National Education and Civic Promotion, along with Secretary of State Mr. Ahmat Youssouf Tahir, welcomed a World Bank delegation to thier ministry.
