Hello Sylvie,
For periods of illness or disability, the general social security system allocates 1 equivalent quarter for 60 days compensated in the year, consecutive or not, within the limit of 4 quarters per year.
These are assimilated quarters and not contributed, because they are entered in your account without matching contributions.
The start of your stoppage of work during a period of annual leave does not affect these provisions.

Have a good day.
