Draft amendment to the act, assuming the introduction of retirement pensions, prepared by “Solidarity“was presented in the Sejm. On December 15, 2021, the first reading was held and it was decided to send the bill for further work in parliamentary committees. Unionists would like people born after 31 December 1948 to be entitled to an internship pension. Women could retire after 35 years of work, and men after 40 years work. The condition would also be to collect capital that would allow the payment of at least the minimum pension.
For work all parliamentary clubs except the Confederation supported the Solidarity project. The left has announced the tabling of amendments. The Solidarity project awaits the entire legislative process with an uncertain end.

Work experience pensions according to President Andrzej Duda
Project the president Dudy predicts that pension internship would be possible after 39 years of work for women and 44 years for men. An obligatory condition for early retirement would also be the achievement of a sufficiently high capital, i.e. sufficient to pay out at least the lowest retirement pension.

This project was also addressed to Of the Seym. According to its assumptions, the internship pensions would enter into force from the beginning of 2023.
ZUS on the costs of the retirement pension
SISTER in his opinion on the president’s bill, he drew attention to the financial consequences of the project – writes “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”. Within a decade from the entry into force of the changes, expenditure on pensions from the Social Insurance Fund will increase by PLN 16.2 billion if all eligible benefit from internship benefits, and by PLN 8.1 billion if half of them do so. Simultaneously SISTER estimates that in the same period, contributions to the Social Insurance Fund will drop by PLN 10.4 billion, or by PLN 5.2 billion.
