Woori Bank’s smartphone banking service’Woori WON Banking’ and Internet banking caused disability for about 2 hours at the same time, causing inconvenience to users.
According to Woori Bank, an error occurred in Woori WON Banking from about 5:40 pm to 7:40 pm on this day. When you press the Woori WON banking application (app), a message saying’The information required to start the app has not been received’ appears and the app does not open.
Woori Bank Internet Bank Kim also encountered an error for nearly two hours from 5:40 pm to 7:35 pm on the same day, and the transfer transaction was not made. For this reason, customers had to use automatic teller machines (ATM) and open banking at other banks.
An official from Woori Bank explained, “It seems that there was a problem with the line,” and “it has been completely recovered.”
