Freiburg (dpa/lsw) – A woman was hit by a tram while crossing rails in Freiburg on Thursday and was fatally injured. According to initial findings, the 54-year-old crossed the tracks when the police announced.
The tram driver was no longer able to prevent a collision. No one was injured on the tram. However, several people needed psychological care. Rail traffic was suspended on the route from late morning until midday.
