Within three weeks, six “thieves in law” were informed of the suspicion, 12 were expelled from Ukraine / GORDON

This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in a video message, which on June 4 made public on his Facebook page.

“For three weeks, six” thieves in law “were declared suspicious. 12 were expelled from Ukraine. Others are in custody and isolated from the outside world,” he said.

Zelensky clarified that 111 crime bosses who fell under the sanctions of the NSDC no longer have a criminal influence in the country.

“A third have been expelled from Ukraine. Others are awaiting the completion of the expulsion procedure or are under investigation. The rest have their documents for residence in Ukraine canceled. And this is the case when I am not at all upset by the fact that someone emigrates from Ukraine forever,” he added the president.



NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said today that there are 42 crime bosses in Ukraine now and soon there will be “zero”.

Context:

At a meeting on May 14, the NSDC decided to apply personal sanctions against 557 world famous “thieves in law” and 111 criminal authorities. Danilov reported on the same day that the Security Council also extended the sanctions against citizens and companies of the Russian Federation and Ukraine, which expired in May.

Zelensky approved the decision of the NSDC by decree of May 21.

According to the annexes to the decree, the two sanctions lists include 674 individuals and 138 legal entities. Among them are the leaders of the “DPR” and “LPR” Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik, the “head” of the Crimea occupied by Russia Sergei Aksenov, as well as Polikarp Janelidze, Andrei Nedzelsky, Sergei Lysenko, Georgy Khmelidze, Asoyan Nodari and Sergei Oleinik and others persons whom the media called “thieves in law”.

On May 25, the head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov said that at least three warriors who defended Ukraine. According to him, the matter concerns the commander of the Sheikh Mansur battalion Muslim Cheberloevsky and his associates Salman Sainaroev and Muslim Idrisov.

On the same day it became known that three persons on the list dispute the decision of the NSDC in the District Administrative Court of Kiev.

People’s Deputy Aleksandra Ustinova from the “Golos” faction announced on June 3 that the law enforcement committee of the Verkhovna Rada will hold a closed meeting and hear reports representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police on how it turned out that fighters who took part in the battles for Shyrokyne were included in the sanctions lists as “thieves in law”.

People’s Deputy from “European Solidarity” Ahtem Chiygoz is going to send Zelensky a deputy request to exclude volunteers from the sanctions list.

Several Chechens fell under the sanctions of the Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine, adopted on June 14. The Chechen diaspora said on June 3 that these people were never involved to criminal responsibility and were included in the NSDC list as a result of negligence.

Danilov said on June 4 that “not a single random person cannot be included in the sanctions lists. ”
