Withdraw the lawsuit to AHY camp, this is the reason Marzuki Alie Cs

JAKARTA – Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Democratic Party of the Moeldoko camp, Marzuki Alie speak up about the reasons together with five former Democrat cadres, Darmizal, Tri Yulianto, Achmad Yahya, Yus Sudarso, and Syofwatillah Mohzaib cancel their lawsuit against the General Chairperson (Ketum) Democratic party Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono ( AHY ) at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN Jakpus).

Marzuki explained that their lawsuit was withdrawn because the lawsuit was submitted to the Central Jakarta District Court after the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) was held in Sibolangit, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra (Sumut). “Yes, it is withdrawn, because the lawsuit was only filed after the KLB, it should have been before the KLB. Because there is an KLB, you don’t need it anymore because of what? KLB has sent AHY, ”said Marzuki when contacted by MNC Portal Indonesia, Tuesday (23/3/2021).

The former chairman of the DPR RI explained that because AHY was already demisionary as the Head of the Democratic Party in the KLB, the status of cadres who had been fired was automatically returned to the KLB.

“What else do we do to sue him, it’s already demisionary and Thursday has been returned by KLB. The logic is that, if we sue an institution that doesn’t exist, what do you do? ” he said.

“There is a mandate from the principals or the six plaintiffs. Today, the plaintiffs want to file a request to withdraw the lawsuit, Your Excellency,” said Marzuki Alie’s Attorney at the Central Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (23/3/2021).
