About the enemy army
According to J. Slaidiņš, Russia is fighting a war with bare asses, because the army has been robbed, as evidenced by the announced actions to collect socks and underpants to support the soldiers. But in no way do I want to belittle or underestimate the combat capabilities of the Russian Armed Forces. Because, as you can see, they have conquered large enough territories of Ukraine.
About how to stun the Russian people
One thing we see is official Russian propaganda starting from the Kremlin, then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, followed by the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Russian Army. This is what we and the citizens of the Russian Federation face on a daily basis. And we see that this propaganda has been very successful. A cult of Putin has emerged. It has done a lot to achieve Russia’s goals in Ukraine, consistently working, concludes J. Slaidinš and explains: the headquarters is located in Moscow, which is subordinated to the PSAJOB units of all Russian military regions. Ukrainian journalists fall into the trap of Russian propaganda
It has often happened that Ukrainian journalists, fulfilling their professional duties, unwittingly become a propaganda weapon in the hands of Russia. Thus, the journalists themselves cause more damage than the bullets of the enemy soldiers. The soldier says: Russian forces are attacking us, everything is bad, we have no weapons, and it is broadcast on national television. What is the view of Ukrainian civilians on this? Negative. This is immediately caught and reinforced by Russian propaganda, which creates its own plots on the topic that the Ukrainian army is not capable of fighting, there are betrayals, and the soldiers are ready to surrender.
It was a big and painful lesson of Russia’s propaganda for Ukraine in 2014-2015. Therefore, Ukraine currently covers its planned military operations in many regions with a veil of secrecy, which is much more important than, for example, in the First World War.
