As part of the Culture Support Fund (FWK), the ministry subordinated to Piotr Gliński distributed PLN 400 million among entities involved in music, theater and dance activities. After a storm broke out around the list of CEF beneficiaries, the minister suspended the payments and ordered their verification. One of the beneficiaries was to be the Bayer Full team. The avalanche of comments has recently been caused by the statement of its leader, Sławomir Świerzyński, who said that “a sick person in a hospital also needs music”. – We provide this musical and artistic atmosphere to these people – he added.
The disco polo singer also referred to the words of Kazik Staszewski, who said that he did not want money from the government, and if someone wanted to help the musicians, he would buy an album. – I have not heard a stupid statement.
