The Ministry of Health informed in a statement on Sunday about the increase in the number of people infected with coronavirus in Poland. There have been 1,934 cases since the last report. In total, COVID-19 has been confirmed in over 100,000. people. 26 people died, of which 24 had comorbidities.
The Ministry of Health announced that 1,934 cases of coronavirus infections in Poland have increased in the last 24 hours. New cases come from the following voivodeships: Kujawsko-Pomorskie (229), Pomorskie (223), Małopolskie (185), Wielkopolskie (168), Mazowieckie (164), Podkarpackie (141), Łódzkie (127), Śląskie (120), Lublin ( 102), Lubuskie (96), Podlaskie (76), Świętokrzyskie (70), Warmińsko-Mazurskie (69), Dolnośląskie (62), Zachodniopomorskie (58) and Opole (44).

The ministry also announced that SARS-CoV-2 contributed to the deaths of 26 people. Two people died due to COVID-19: a 79-year-old from Krakow and a 67-year-old from Kościerzyna. The death of another 24 patients was caused by the coexistence of the coronavirus with other diseases.
