New York State’s offshore wind tender promises to be a hotly contested competition. Large groups accustomed to the US market have already positioned themselves, and some will present themselves in consortium to put all the chances on their side. The results could be made public before the end of the year so that the winner (s) can benefit from the famous Investment tax credit (ITC), which is scheduled to end this year.
