Prosecutors in Ohio said that Sills was charged with sexual assault on his victim, deliberately forcing her to submit by force or threatening to use force, beginning in an alleged incident in County Guernsey just over three years ago.

The accusation establishes that on December 5, 2019, the player of the NFL engaged in non-consensual sexual activity, holding his victim against her will, and the crime was immediately reported and a detailed investigation launched by the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office.
