Brigadier General Ali Abdel Rahman, head of investigations in the Western Sector, received a signal from the Police Rescue Department that a body had been found under the property of the Al Haram Police Department.

The men of the Criminal Investigation, led by Colonel Hani Al-Husseini, inspector of the Al-Haram division, and by Major Ahmed Essam, head of the Al-Haram investigative department, went to the place of communication and found the body of ” Huda MA “, 21 years old.

Preliminary investigations supervised by Major General Alaa Fathi, deputy director of the Giza Investigation Department, showed that the 20-year-old had been married for a week, and had committed suicide by jumping from the fourth floor due to a psychological crisis.

The dissected body was placed at the disposal of the prosecutor and Major General Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, director of security at Giza, was informed of the incident.

The state is working to provide support to the mentally ill through more than one hotline to help those with psychological problems or wish to commit suicide, in particular the General Secretariat for Mental Health hotline, at the Ministry of Health and Population, to receive inquiries psychological and psychological support, and support for those who intend to commit suicide, through numbers 08008880700, 0220816831, around the clock.

The National Mental Health Council has also assigned a hotline to receive psychological inquiries: 20818102. Egypt’s Dar Al Iftaa said that suicide is a grave sin and a crime against the soul and Sharia, and the person who commits suicide is not an infidel, and the guilt of this crime should not be minimized, just as it does not find justifications and create a state of sympathy for it, but it should be treated as a mental illness that can be treated through specialists.
