Who is Luiz Lira?
Lira, 35, was born in the city of São Paulo and lives in Brasilia, in the Federal District. Technical gastronomy consultant, has worked in kitchens from Brazil, France and Spain, working alongside renowned chefs and in starry restaurants.
Her passion for the kitchen comes from family: grandmother Quiteria worked for many years with Ana Maria Braga, and he even accompanied her in some recordings. Lira has already participated in a reality in Argentina and now reaches the ‘high level chef’ with the mission of valuing Brazilian cuisine through ingredients still little explored.

“What led me to register was the chance to show you a little of my kitchen, who is Luiz with food, my essence. I just got to Brazil, I spent many years out, so the idea is to come here and be known here also through this reality show,” says Lira.
“I’ve always worked with various types of products everywhere I’ve been through, around the world. I’m just like the person who gets a box, opens the fridge, I see what you have and do something. I try to express myself on that, that product, that protein. And in the end, bringing that quality product, playing with textures, flavors, with essence and technique,” he adds.
