Where does what apply? – FFH.de

Due to increased corona numbers, the rules are being tightened again in some cities and districts. The escalation concept of the State of Hesse provides for stricter rules from an incidence of 35, such as compulsory testing in restaurant interiors or participant restrictions for events, cultural offers and larger get-togethers.

Stricter rules may apply from an incidence of 35

From an incidence of 35 onwards, only those who have been vaccinated, tested and recovered are allowed to visit certain indoor spaces such as indoor restaurants and theaters. The 3-G rule then also applies to retail, body-hugging services and leisure facilities.

There are tightening in the following districts and cities:

– Groß-Gerau district

– Schwalm-Eder district

– Vogelsbergkreis (from September 3rd)

Measures from an incidence of 50

General obligation to wear medical masks in crowded situations in which the minimum distances cannot be maintained.

Participation limitation for events, cultural offers and larger gatherings to 500 people outdoors and 250 people indoors (plus those who have been vaccinated / recovered); the competent authority can exceptionally permit a higher number of participants while ensuring continuous monitoring of compliance with the other requirements. This also applies to private celebrations in public or specially rented rooms.

This applies in the following districts and cities:

– Offenbach district

– Main-Kinzig district (from September 6th regulations for incidence over 100)

– Kassel district

– City of Kassel

– District of Fulda (from September 6th regulations for incidence over 100)

– Main-Taunus-Kreis

– Marburg-Biedenkopf district

– Circle casting

– Waldeck-Frankenberg district (from September 4th to September 16th)

Measures from an incidence of 100

If the 7-day incidence rises above 100, the 3-G rule (access only for vaccinated, convalescent and tested people) also applies in outdoor areas of events, restaurants and beer gardens. The FFP-2 masks will also be mandatory again in public transport and for body-hugging services such as the hairdresser’s. In school, masks have to be worn again in class – medical masks are sufficient here.

Finally, contact restrictions apply again: a maximum of 10 people are allowed to meet (vaccinated and recovered people do not count). And in retail, too, access for customers is restricted – depending on the number of square meters and the size of the store.
