White House chief of staff Ron Klein warns that the war in Ukraine is “far from over” despite Moscow’s claims withdrawal of troops from Kyiv.

He stated this in an interview ABC.

“I think there is a lot of evidence that Putin is simply withdrawing his troops from the northern part of the country to move them to the eastern part of the country to resume hostilities there,” Klein said.

Withdrawal of Russian troops in Kiev and Chernihiv directions: what is known

On March 29, it became known that the Russian Federation was withdrawing individual units from the Kiev and Chernihiv regions and was experiencing problems with the rotation and strengthening of its troops.

Despite this, the Russian Ministry of Defense and representatives of the Russian delegation in Istanbul claim that the withdrawal of Russian troops in the Kiev and Chernihiv regions is allegedly connected with progress in the negotiations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
