10 group runners-up and Nations LeagueThe two teams to come will seek a Qatar visa with 2 rounds to be played over a single match. The 6 teams with the best performance in the qualifying groups will be seeded. The seeded teams will have the home advantage in the play-offs.
After the play-off fight, 3 more teams will go to the World Cup.

Play-off matches where the pairings will be determined by the drawing of lots on 26 November 24-25 and 28-29 Mart 2022 will be played on.
