WHATSAPP The Web is reportedly adding voice and video calling features soon. These two features have actually been on WhatsApp for a long time and are likely to be implemented on the website.
Currently, voice and video calls on WhatsApp Web appear to be in a trial phase. WABetaInfo also reported that the developer is still trying to make this feature work properly.

When the user receives a call on WhatsApp Web, a call window will appear. This allows the user to accept or reject the call.
A different window appears when the user makes a call, is smaller and includes settings to mute the microphone and hang up. It was reported XDA-Developers, Wednesday (21/10/2020).

WABetaInfo also states that group voice and video calls are being tested on WhatsApp Web. Hopefully this will be a great solution to make it easier to communicate with friends and family.
Seeing the current pandemic conditions, WhatsApp users work from home and use PCs more often to access WhatsApp. Bringing this new feature to the website will bring more convenience to the users.
