WhatsApp already allows group video calls

As a result of the world situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, video call applications grew both in downloads and in use. It is that many people use them, not only to telework, but also to contact their families, partners or friends before the impossibility of face-to-face meeting.

WhatsApp officially announced it on Twitter and announced that group video calls will be up to four people and will be enabled with a button in group chats.

“We have made it easier to start a WhatsApp video call with groups of 4 or less. From your chat group, tap the video or voice call icon to directly start a video call with everyone,” says the tweet.
