The former president of Mexico, Felipe Calderón, questioned the National Electoral Institute (INE) on the fate of the supposed donations illegal that Morena received for her financing.
According to the ex-president, due to the donations he received Free Mexico, which are legal, he said, he was denied registration as a party.
“For a totally legal issue, how are the donations (of citizens identified) through clip, the registration is denied to Mexico Libre.”
And he added: “For the totally illegal cash to Morena, which López Obrador has already admitted receiving, what will INE do?”
This after last Friday, the General Council of the INE will deny the registration to the organization Libertad y Responsabilidad Democrática (Free Mexico), represented by Margarita Zavala and Felipe Calderón, to become a political party.
The vote was seven votes against and four in favor.
This, after the President of the INE, Lorenzo Córdova, said during his argument that “opaque money should be a generic cause for denying a registration.” Therefore, he affirmed that his vote is against Mexico Libre.

On Twitter, Felipe Calderón asked the INE to publish the full version of the institute’s discussion, since “there are several key moments in the discussion that are mutilated.”
“For example, by voting on the famous new criterion of“ 5% ”of resources from unidentified donors. I hope they publish the full version, ”he wrote.
In another message, the former president warned about the sending of messages through false accounts of Mexico Libre.
“Please check and stop the spread of fake news. In due course I will make some clarifications, but all in good time ”, he added.

Money to Morena
On August 20, latinus released a video where you see President López Obrador’s brother, Pío López Obrador, received from David León, at least on a couple of occasions, in 2015 packages with what Carlos Loret says was cash, to reinforce Morena’s operation in Chiapas, and with a view to the 2018 election.
In a Latinus video, the journalist Carlos Loret shows both recordings, assures that David León himself took them and where it is observed that Pío receives the packages, one in a restaurant and the other in his own home. They do not speak openly about the amounts.
“Here I bring you 400”, he is heard saying in one of the recordings. “Let the lawyer know that we are supporting him,” León also says.
In the other recording he is heard saying “here I bring you one”.
At the time, Pío was an operator for Morena in Chiapas.

The next day, President Andrés Manuel López Obrador assured that he is willing to go to a public ministry to testify about the videos where Pío López Obrador is observed on at least two occasions receiving packages with cash from David León, in addition to recommending to his brother and Leon that they do not take shelter since “he who owes nothing, fears nothing.”
In a press conference, the head of the federal Executive recalled that it would not be the first time that he would go to a public ministry.
“Of course I am willing, it would not be the first time that I would go to the public ministry.
“If I go, let the Prosecutor’s Office decide and I would recommend both Pio and David with all due respect, they are free, that they do not protect themselves, that they show their faces,” he said.
