Necessary measures will be taken by municipalities in order to avoid any disruption in public transportation such as candidates, relatives and examiners (bus, minibus, minibus, taxi, etc.) and the number of flights will be increased according to the need.

Those who have made a ticket from intercity public transportation (plane, bus, train, ferry, ferry etc.) will not be subject to curfew

In addition, with the letter sent in addition to the circular sent to the provinces; The stationery around the schools / test centers where YKS will be built and its employees will be exempted from the curfew.

Domestic and foreign tourists, who are already staying or have made accommodation and tour reservations; the accommodation facility where they make reservations; will be able to go by public transportation vehicles such as planes, buses and private vehicles.

In case there is no beach belonging to the facility where local and foreign tourists stay, they will be able to benefit from beaches including public beaches, visit museums and historical sites, historical / cultural / religious monuments / places of worship / shrines.

Employees in businesses or locations that offer these services will be exempted from restriction

Due to the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS), the Ministry of Internal Affairs sent a circular to 81 Provincial Governorships last week regarding the “Curfew Restriction” to be applied this weekend across the country, and listed the measures to be taken for YKS in the circular.

According to this;

1- Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS); The first session will start at 10.15 on Saturday, June 27, 2020 and be completed at 13.00, the second session will start at 10.15 on Sunday, June 28, 2020 and finish at 13.15, and the third session will start at 15.45 on Sunday, 28 June 2020 and will be completed at 17.45. In order to reduce the intensity and risk of contamination that may occur before and after the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS), to ensure that the exam is carried out smoothly;

With the exception of the following exceptions, on Saturday, June 27, 2020, between 09.30 and 15.00, and on Sunday, June 28, 2020, between 09:30 and 18.30, our citizens within the borders of 81 cities will be restricted.

2- If the candidates who will take YKS exams to the exam building are provided by public transportation, a relative will not be subject to curfew, along with the driver of the vehicle, if they come with private vehicles.

3- All provincial / district population directorates for the candidates who will take the YKS exams to receive their TC Identity Card applications;

– until 20.00 on Thursday, June 25, 2020 and Friday, June 26, 2020, which corresponds to the YKS exam,
