Former Inspector General of Kadiv Propam Polri Ferdi Sambo reported to KPK for the alleged attempted bribery he committed in order to obstruct the process of revelation of the case of the murder of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. To what extent was the complaint reported to the KPK?
The head of the KPK news agency, Ali Fikri, said his party clarified and summoned the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) which was allegedly bribed by Ferdy Sambo. He said the KPK had enriched information.
“In this report, we have clarified with the LPSK, we have arrived and of course we are enriching the information,” said Ali Fikri at a press conference at the KPK building, Jalan Kuningan Persada, on Tuesday (20/9/2022 ).

Ali said the report was in the administrative phase. This means that the KPK is still examining whether there is a criminal act in the report to be forwarded to the deputy for the application of the KPK.
“Secondly, this is still an administrative process, the entrance to find out whether or not there will be an alleged criminal incident. Only then, if there is one, run to the deputy for prosecution,” he continued.
“Well, obviously, the process of establishing whether the report has a criminal incident and is the authority of the KPK has been verified in the public complaints,” added Ali.
Hence, Ali said his party had coordinated with the Law Enforcement and Justice Advocate Team (TAMPAK) regarding the relationship. One of the results of this coordination is the result of the Tampak report.
“Well, in this report we coordinated with the reporting party and passed the results on to the pioneers, yes,” he said.
Ali explained, if the report’s findings are archived, it means the KPK has not yet found any criminal acts in the report. However, Ali said the relationship could also be re-verified.
“We just want to explain, in the sense that if the report is then filed, it means that so far there have been no criminal incidents, no act that has been committed. direction to crime, “explained Ali.
“For example, being archived means that it is not closed, it is not finished. When there is new information, we will definitely check it again, we will review it, we will enrich the information again,” he added.
