While in the last part we focused on the selection and processing of material for individual interior elements, this time we will look at how the work continues and how everything begins to take shape. We started with the installation of designer stairs. These are created from oak wood in as natural a form as possible. The small flaws of the wood are then covered with a clear epoxy resin, which gives them a stamp of uniqueness with a perfect design detail. Another place that is slowly but surely starting to be completed is the bathroom. It will be lined with designer large-format tiles measuring 120 x 240 cm. Its dominant feature will be the sink, which is made of the same tile as the one on the wall. In addition to the sink, you can have a kitchen worktop or a coffee table made here. All in the same design as the wall covering itself. Work is being completed not only in the interior, but also with the entire building of Yasmin Apartments. Finishing work on the terraces and balconies has already been completed, which are done in such a way that they do not burden the statics of the house itself. However, work has also started on the parking spaces and improvements to the surrounding area, which, compared to the original state, will be relieved of concrete and new greenery will be added.
