4- It is an important source of dietary fiber, which improves the functioning of the digestive system.

5- White pulp seeds help you if you have trouble sleeping, because they contain the amino acid tryptophan, which promotes a feeling of rest and sleep.

6- It helps to lose weight by enhancing the feeling of satiety.

7- Because it contains zinc, it contributes to improving the quality of sperm in men.

8- Reduces high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels, two factors that increase the risk of heart disease.

By asking Dr. Syed Hammad, a nutrition consultant at the National Institute of Nutrition about the benefits of white pulp, he said that white pulp is a good type that improves heart function and problems that result from an imbalance of blood fat, and contains a good percentage of potassium, which helps in controlling and reducing the level of blood pressure, It is rich in fats that help reduce cholesterol in the blood, in addition to helping to raise the level of good cholesterol (HDL), as it helps reduce the possibility of arteriosclerosis, and contains a good percentage of antioxidants, in addition to omega-3, which helps in Improve memory and perform cardiac functions.

Hammad recommends eating a small amount of white pulp daily or the equivalent of a cup of coffee, and choosing unsalted pulp.
