Since Aislinn Derbez became the mother of little Kailani, who a few weeks ago turned two years old, the Mexican actress has continued to boast on social media how happy she is in her role as mother.

The daughter of Eugenio Derbez has confessed over and over and in different media that her little girl has completely changed her life, at the same time that she has made him know many facets of her own being that she did not know or did not understand before.

Specifically Aislinn said: “For example, it is my postpartum, the hormones did not help me, so they went up really hard, that is why I could not lose weight, that is why I felt super bad emotionally, I felt very bad character, it was a few months very hard, it was almost the entire first year, so imagine, I did not know myself, I said because I have such a bad character, I was not like that, even my dad told me but if you are happy all the time, you would laugh, “confessed the artist in the revelations he made in dialogue with the Mexican television program Ventaneando.

One of the most important goals of life, from my point of view, is to grow and free ourselves from any belief or conditioning … but the big question is, how can we really free ourselves? ⁣ ⁣ We have all judged our parents in some way. moment.⁣ It is normal to criticize what does not fit us, however, the idea is not to get stuck in the trial but to scratch it a little more. ⁣ ⁣ For example, I judged many attitudes that my mom had when I was a child and when I had my daughter a ton of twenty began to fall on what my mom really felt. Also, I began to repeat what I both rejected and judged. Therefore, I understood that we must resolve what we both judge and reject or we will tend to repeat it without realizing it. ⁣ ⁣ In my new episode of @lamagiadelcaos I decided to invite (for the 2nd time) the body psychotherapist, crisis intervention specialist, field traumatologist and family systemic therapist, Marisa Artigas and we talked about topics such as: ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⁣⁣⁣ • parent forgiveness vs. the acceptance of the imperfect circumstances in which we grew up⁣⁣⁣ • the model of a suffering mother – devout – who denies herself that we are condemned to repeat⁣ • the damage caused by family secrets⁣⁣⁣ • the tendency to repeat everything what we reject⁣⁣⁣ • the importance of letting go of the judgments ⁣⁣⁣ • and the way in which we can positively impact our family system if we decide to move from suffering and the role of victim to a much healthier and more authentic place. ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣⁣⁣ Listen to it on Youtube, Spotify or iTunes with the title “What you reject persecutes you.” ⁣ Maybe you can identify yourself. ⁣ #lamagiadelcaos #lamagiadelcaospodcast

“I, seeing all these perfect women after giving birth and realizing that this was not happening to me, comparing ourselves, I think it is one of the things that hurt us the most,” stressed the star.

Aislinn also took the opportunity to affirm that she is committed to fighting the stereotype of what a beautiful woman should be.

“As women, it is the most difficult thing we have right now in our society and reaching those standards, because they are unattainable, impossible, absurd and it is what we see all the time everywhere, in magazines, on social networks, in the television, in the movies ”, assured the Mexican.

Aislinn’s statements come precisely at the moment when she is going through a difficult time after surprisingly announcing her separation from Mauricio Ochmann whom she married 3 years ago.
