There are a number of documents required to change the bulletin, and these differ from case to case: change of address, expired or stolen document.

It should be noted that, as of January 1, 2022, public institutions are no longer allowed to ask individuals and companies for copies of permits or other documents that have been issued by other state institutions.
Documents required to change the address on the bulletin:
-Application for the issuance of the identity card;
-Previous identity card
-Birth and marriage certificates, if applicable
– Final and irrevocable divorce decision, if applicable
-Divorce certificate, if applicable
– Death certificate of the deceased spouse, if applicable
-Birth certificates of children under 14, if applicable
-Documents proving the home address
-If the applicant for new identity cards is not the owner of the property, the written declaration of the host given at the counter or a power of attorney from him is needed.
– Receipt representing the equivalent value of the identity card fee that can be paid at the counter
Documents required to change the expired bulletin:
-Application for a bulletin
-Birth certificate
-Marriage certificate, in the case of married persons or the surviving spouse
– The final and irrevocable divorce decision, as the case may be
-Certificate of death of the deceased spouse, in the case of the surviving spouse
-Birth certificates of children under 14 years of age, as appropriate
-Document proving the home address
-The receipt representing the equivalent value of the identity card

-Request for issuing a bulletin
-Birth and marriage certificates, if applicable
-Birth certificates for children under 14 years of age, as appropriate
– Final and irrevocable divorce decision, if applicable
-Divorce certificate, if applicable
-Documents proving the home address
-The owner of the place where the domicile is established, with the original identity document, must also be present, if the applicant is not the owner
-An official document for identity certification (passport, driver’s license, service card, photo)
-The receipt representing the equivalent value of the identity card fee
