Weesen’s Dilemma: Funding Heat Without a Source

Weesen’s mayor, Marcel Benz, speaks of a “dilemma” on Tuesday evening at an information event in the Speerhalle. On Sunday, June 18, the voters of Weesen decide on a loan of CHF 1.75 million for the installation of an 800 meter long district heating line under the cantonal road. It is not yet clear where the heat will come from.
