Leipzig (dpa) – The weather in the east remains mixed. Despite mild temperatures, people in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia can expect cloudy skies and isolated rains, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Thursday. On Thursday the rain is supposed to subside in the morning. To the east of the hollow there could still be some showers and isolated thunderstorms. According to the DWD, the temperatures are between 17 and 20 degrees. At night the thermometer drops to five degrees. It could rain at times in the Ore Mountains.
According to the DWD, on Friday it will remain at maximum temperatures of up to 20 degrees. But it is mostly dry. The weather experts expect light rain showers only in Upper Lusatia. For Saturday, too, the meteorologists expect cloudy but rain-free weather with temperatures up to 20 degrees. According to the DWD, rain clouds only reappear in the night to Sunday and probably give Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia a rainy Sunday.
