Mainz/Saarbrücken (dpa/lrs) – The weather in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland remains gray at the start of the new week. With maximum temperatures of five to eight degrees, the German Weather Service (DWD) initially expects foggy and cloudy weather on Monday. During the day it can locally clear up a bit. Low temperatures of up to minus four degrees are expected on Tuesday night. It can therefore become slippery in places.

On Tuesday a similar picture with foggy cloudy weather. Drizzling rain can occur in some areas, the maximum values ​​​​are three to five degrees. On Wednesday then heavily cloudy to overcast, occasionally some drizzle, but often no precipitation.
