Offenbach (dpa / lhe) – The Hessians have to be prepared for more damp and uncomfortable weather. The German Weather Service (DWD) expects new rainfall in Offenbach on Sunday, as it announced on Saturday. These come down in the mountains as snow and are associated with slippery conditions, in low areas it rains or it rains snow. Temporary flake eddies are also possible in the lowlands. It shouldn’t get warmer than three degrees, in the mountains the temperatures stay below zero degrees. According to the DWD, the picture is similar on Monday with snow, sleet or rain showers.
On Tuesday morning, with sleet and occasionally possible freezing rain, caution could be required before, according to the DWD, continuous rain would then announce itself at warmer temperatures. In addition, the wind is picking up, in the mountains there could be some stormy gusts.
