Offenbach (dpa / lrs) – The new week starts in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland cloudy and sometimes rainy. While the rain in the south-east moves slowly on Monday, it usually remains free of precipitation in the north-west, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Sunday in Offenbach. The maximum values are around 15 to 18 degrees. In the night of Tuesday it cools down to single-digit temperatures, in the southeast it is also possible to rain.
On Tuesday, according to the DWD, it will initially be cloudy and rainy. Rainfalls are expected to move eastwards during the course of the day. Afterwards, loosening is also possible before rain comes in again towards the afternoon from the west. The temperatures reach a maximum of 12 to 17 degrees. While mostly moderate wind blows, strong gusts are also possible in the mountainous region.
For Wednesday, the DWD meteorologists expect changing clouds and rain in some areas. The temperatures reach up to 16 degrees. A moderate southwest wind is likely. Strong to stormy gusts can also occur in the mountains.
