Offenbach (dpa/lhe) – People in Hesse can expect a lot of sun in the coming days before there can be local storms. On Wednesday it will be mostly clear to sunny, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced in Offenbach in the morning. It will remain largely dry – and it will be very warm to hot: the maximum values ​​​​are between 27 and 31 degrees. On the mountains, the temperature should reach about 24 degrees.

On Thursday night it will be dry with lows between 16 and 10 degrees. On Thursday it will initially remain mostly clear, but in the afternoon it will become increasingly cloudy from the west. In the course of the afternoon there may be local showers and thunderstorms, local storms are possible. The temperatures are between 28 and 31 degrees, on the mountains around 25 degrees.
