From cook to caterer, the new manager has all the keys in hand to welcome customers. He is assisted by his wife. Amélie has worked in the hotel industry, and is trained as an accountant. The restaurant offers the menu of the day or a la carte, not to mention the burger Gwenn Ha Du. “It’s my specialty, with a special hamburger bread, produced by the local baker”, specifies the cook, who indulges in meat at the local butcher.
