Especially in the corona crisis, correct and regular hand washing is a key component for effective infection protection. In order for users to maintain this good habit, the Apple Watch will automatically detect when you wash your hands in the future and then start a 20-second timer. The training app has also been improved and will support four new types of training in the future, including dancing and functional strength training.
