Manchester City not satisfied just being the king of Premier League recent years. City want to spend to win Champions League.

Manchester City closed the 2020/2021 season on a very bad note. The Citizens won Premier League and the Carabao Cup.

Unfortunately indeed, Manchester City have not been able to win the Champions League again. In yesterday’s final, City had to admit the might of Chelsea and was defeated by a score of 0-1.

Chairman aka Manchester City Boss, Khaldoon Al Mubarak confirmed that his team had not given up on winning Champions League. Because winning in England is not enough.

“My strong message is that we are not satisfied with just winning the league,” he said as quoted by ESPN.

“We will bring quality players to fill important positions in the team,” he continued.

Manchester City also wants to clean up the players. Sergio Aguero has been released, then there is Raheem Sterling to Gabriel Jesus who will want to be sold.
