Indeed, two men pretend to be soldiers from Rouen. However, no gendarme of Seine-Maritime has to intervene on the territory.

According to the reports obtained, the two men are of European type – one aged between 30 and 40 years, the other between 40 and 50 years -, and measure between 1.80 m and 1.85 m. They would target the elderly.
“If people have any doubts, they do not hesitate to ask for the professional card of the gendarmes and to call the 17”, insists the company of Andelys.
