Watch Dogs: Legion will be released on October 29, 2020

If you thought NPCs were important in games Watch Dogs and Watch Dogs 2, wait to get your hands on Watch Dogs: Legion. In this next installment in the series, it will be possible to recruit NPCs and even play them.

Ubisoft announced today, as part of its Ubisoft Forward digital conference, that Watch Dogs: Legion will land on Xbox One, PS4, Stadia and PC from October 29, 2020. The conference presented in depth the concept “Play as Anyone”, a new feature that will allow you to slip into the skin of an NPC (Non-Playable Character …playable).

Gameplay Watch Dogs: Legion

The game will allow you to embody and recruit all the characters you come across on the streets of London. Each Londoner will be a potential recruit for your hacktivist resistance movement, and will have their own story, unique personality and skills.

You will be able to recruit up to 40 members into your clan. You can choose, among others, an MI6 agent, a boxing champion, a hacker, or even an old lady.

Watch Dogs: Legion will be available on October 29, 2020.
