Al-Marsad Sports: Arbitration expert, Abdullah Al-Qahtani argued a series of arbitration cases in the Al-Hilal and Al-Raed match, which brought the two teams together in the 15th round of the Saudi Roshan Professional League competition.
Al-Qahtani indicated, during his appearance on the SBC Stadium programme, that Al-Hilal’s goal was incorrect in the 24th minute and the match referee should not have counted it due to the presence of offside.
