FBI warns “violent protests ahead of presidential inauguration ceremony”

With about a week left until the inauguration of US President-elect Joe Biden, tensions in Washington are rising. The federal government even declared a state of emergency as information came in from this weekend that far-right groups would also be conducting violent protests.

The FBI said there will be violent demonstrations by far-right groups in Washington and in each province from this weekend to the inauguration of the president on the 20th.
The White House declared a state of emergency in Washington and decided to deploy 15,000 National Guard from the 13th.
The Mayor of Washington also urges you not to come to the inauguration ceremony.

Biden said he would not care about this risk.
