Adding to the distress, a San Antonio police sergeant reported that Nelson’s mother had contacted authorities earlier that morning to report her son missing. She also indicated that her handgun was missing.

All I will confirm is that a Warren HS student died Thursday and that the campus did send notification to their community – nothing that identified the individual.
