– There can be shade when they park their car, and then it quickly happens that the sun comes after a short time. This is something the police receive reports about every summer, says operations manager in the police in Agder, Eivind Formo, and adds:

– We usually call the owner of the car, so they can pick up their dog. It tends to resolve quickly. It gets hot very quickly in the car, and people have to take care of their animals. Sometimes it’s just carelessness, and it usually goes well.
